Ramsay Health Care boosts profitability and dividend, shares rise sharply

For the fiscal year to 30 June 2026, Ramsay Health Care reported constant-currency revenue of AUD 18.6bn (+4.2%), adjusted EBIT up 11.8% and adjusted NPAT up 22.9%. The full-year dividend was raised 13.8% to AUD 0.91, and funding-group leverage fell to 1.83x. Investors reacted positively to margin improvements, stronger cash generation and portfolio focus; the stock jumped about 15% in pre-market trading to AUD 50.75. Ramsay Health Care: strong half-year result pushes stock up about 10.8%

Ramsay Health Care reports an adjusted EBIT increase of 7.3% for H1 of fiscal 2026 and an adjusted net profit after tax up 8.1%. The company announced a fully franked dividend of AUD 0.425 per share (+6.3%) and saw Australian revenue rise by 8.2%. Operating cash flow increased to AUD 350m (+16.9%) and the stock climbed 10.79% after the results.
