Renalytix moves fiscal year-end to 31 December

Renalytix is changing its reporting date from 30 June to 31 December. The next reporting period will therefore be extended to 18 months and end on 31 December 2026; the audited financial statements for that period are expected no later than 30 June 2027. The company will publish six-month interim results to 31 December 2025 in March 2026 and unaudited interim results to 30 June 2026 at the end of October 2026. The change is intended to align financial reporting with operational and strategic planning cycles and is related to a multi-year partnership with Quest Diagnostics, under which kidneyintelX is expected to become available in Q1 2027. » Mere på de.investing.com
