SEALSQ chief Carlos Moreira has been appointed to the World Law Foundation’s board of trustees and proposes creating a permanent AI chapter within the World Jurist Association. The chapter would bring together lawyers, regulators, AI companies, academia and civil society and translate the HUMAN-AI-T principles into operational rules, assessment procedures and regulatory recommendations. SEALSQ and WISeSat present the “Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud” (QSOC) program to provide quantum-resistant communications and identity services from orbit. The plan calls for building a constellation of up to 100 satellites by 2033, offering post-quantum semiconductors, cryptographic technologies and quantum-based random number generators.
