Spartacus Metals secures C$829,500 through private placement

Spartacus Metals completed a non‑brokered private placement of 7.9 million units at C$0.105 each, raising gross proceeds of C$829,500. Each unit consists of a common share and a three‑year warrant at C$0.15, the exercise of which would bring in an additional C$1.185 million. Funds are to be used for the transfer of the Torp lithium licence in Nunavut, payment of fees, engagement of a qualified person, evaluation of acquisitions, data compilation and general working capital.
