SRG Global achieves record result and raises guidance for fiscal 2027

SRG Global reports a record result for FY2026: EBITDA rose 34% to AUD 170.1 million, EBITA increased 41% to AUD 131.8 million and earnings per share rose 34% to AUD 0.138. The second-year dividend was raised 33% to AUD 0.04 and the share price reacted with a rise of around 9.8%. The company reports an order book of more than AUD 5 billion, a project pipeline exceeding AUD 11 billion and strengthened net cash to AUD 6.2 million. SRG Global increases EBITDA by 20% and raises full-year outlook

SRG Global reported H1 FY2026 EBITDA of $71.0 million (+20%) and EBIT(A) of $53.2 million (+26%), on revenue up 20% to $743.9 million. The company raised its full-year guidance to expected EBITDA of $164–168 million and EBIT(A) of $126–130 million and reported a record backlog of $4.2 billion as well as a strong cash conversion rate of 97%. The integration of the TAMS acquisition strengthens its position in marine infrastructure; available liquidity stands at $273.0 million.
