SSP Group will appoint Andrew Martin as chairman of the supervisory board with effect from 1 June 2026; he succeeds Carolyn Bradley, who will remain on the supervisory board as senior independent director. Martin will assume the role at SSP after his term as chairman of Intertek ends in late May 2026 and will also chair the nomination committee. SSP Group has appointed Carolyn Bradley, with immediate effect after the conclusion of the annual general meeting, as interim chair of the board of directors, succeeding Mike Clasper. Bradley will also serve as interim chair of the nomination committee, permanently relinquish the chair of the remuneration committee while remaining a member, and will suspend her membership of the audit committee for the duration of the interim role.
