Technoprobe posts record Q2 revenue, raises full-year forecast

Technoprobe reported record Q2 revenue of EUR 277m (+64.3% y/y), driven by strong AI demand. Gross margin rose to 57.2% and EBITDA to EUR 137m (49% margin). Management raised the full-year guidance: revenue EUR 1.05–1.1bn and EBITDA margin 46–48%, while announcing investments of about EUR 350m through March 2027. Technoprobe rises after record quarter and raises guidance

The maker of test solutions for logic and AI chips is expanding capacity in Italy and Taiwan and expects about €137 million in revenue for Q3 2025, along with mid-single-digit organic growth over the medium term.
