The Grounds Real Estate Development reports group revenue of EUR 10.0m for 2025, within the forecasted range of EUR 9–11m, but group EBIT fell to EUR -3.0m (instead of the expected break-even result). Causes are write-downs on inventories of EUR 2.1m and the deferral of asset-management fees of EUR 1.2m into 2026.
