THOR Industries is consolidating its North American recreational-vehicle activities into a new, centrally coordinated unit and will split the company going forward into the segments North America RVs, Europe and Suppliers. Ken Walters will be president of the North American RV business and will coordinate the operational activities of all brands; Nic Martin will take over the presidency of Jayco. Mike Ritchie will be CFO of the North American division, Trey Miller CMO, and Troy James will be president of Keystone.
