Universal Entertainment downgraded by S&P to 'B-' due to slow recovery

S&P Global Ratings has cut Universal Entertainment's rating to 'B-'; the outlook remains stable. The agency expects company-wide EBITDA of about ¥18 billion for 2025 (versus ¥21.2 billion in 2024) and forecasts ¥24–25 billion for 2026; the casino-resort business in the Philippines is weighing on the recovery.
