Volati: revenue beats expectations, EBITA falls 31%

Volati reported second-quarter revenue of SEK 1.34bn, exceeding the consensus estimate of SEK 1.28bn. Net sales rose 11% thanks to growth in Ettiketto and Communication and to acquisitions. EBITA fell to SEK 91m, a decline of 31% year-on-year, driven by weaker performance at S:t Eriks Group and Tornum Group. Volati reports strong Q3 growth and raises targets

Volati posted revenue of SEK 2.0 billion in Q3 2025 (+9%) and an EBITDA of SEK 200 million (+11%), after which the share rose 3.91%. Return on equity was 19% and net debt to EBITDA was 2.8.
