Zalaris: strong managed-services growth offsets weak consulting in Q1 2026

Zalaris reported revenue of NOK 372m for Q1 2026, supported by an increase in the managed-services share to 80% and currency-adjusted segment growth of 7.9%. Adjusted EBIT fell to NOK 42.3m (margin 11.4%), mainly due to higher investments; the consulting business contracted significantly (-15.5% currency-adjusted) and recorded a slightly negative EBIT. Annualised recurring revenue (ARR) was NOK 1,107m, and new long-term contracts secure an additional roughly NOK 75m per year. Norvestor puts forward takeover offer for Zalaris with 40% premium

Norvestor Equity offers NOK 100 per Zalaris share (about €8.95), valuing the company at roughly NOK 2.2bn — a premium of just over 40% to the previous close. Management and CEO Hans‑Petter Mellerud have agreed to an investment and cooperation agreement; Mellerud holds around 13% of the shares via Norwegian Retail. The acceptance threshold for the offer is 90%; analysts see room for improvements or competing bids. Zalaris reports strong Q3 2025: revenue and profit surge drives stock

Zalaris recorded third-quarter 2025 revenue of NOK 375m (+10.3% y/y) and adjusted EBIT of NOK 47m (+27%), after which the share rose 4.12%. The adjusted EBIT margin climbed to 12.6% and net interest-bearing liabilities were significantly reduced.
