ams-OSRAM is offering a partial buyback of the 2020–2027 convertible bond for up to €143 million (of €432.8 million outstanding). The move follows the sale of the non-optical mixed-signal sensor business and the CMOS image sensor business to Infineon and Ay Dee Kay Limited, which triggers a buyback obligation. If the CMOS sale is not completed by the end of the offer period, the offer will be reduced to a maximum of €118 million.
