Exchange Bank announces CEO Sanderson's retirement in Q4 2027 and approves quarterly dividend of $1.35
Exchange Bank declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.35 per share, payable on September 18, 2026 to shareholders of record on September 4, 2026. About 50.44% of the distribution (approximately $1.17 million) will go to the Doyle Trust to fund scholarships at Santa Rosa Junior College. President and CEO Troy Sanderson informed the board of his planned retirement in the fourth quarter of 2027; the board has launched a nationwide search for a successor and is considering hiring a president who could be elevated to CEO before Sanderson's departure.
