GDI Integrated Facility Services to be taken private at C$36.60 per share

An affiliate of Birch Hill Equity Partners and Gestion Claude Bigras is offering C$36.60 per share, a 25% premium, to take GDI private. Birch Hill and GCB are contributing a combined 38.5% of outstanding shares; Claude Bigras will remain CEO and the current management is expected to stay on.
