Mountview Estates: earnings per share fall 13%

Mountview Estates reports a pre-tax profit of £27.1m for the year to 31 March 2026, down 13.4% on the previous year. Revenue dipped slightly to £71.8m, cost of sales rose 11.1% and gross profit fell 8.5%. Earnings per share declined 13.3% from 602.5p to 522.1p; the proposed final dividend remains 275p (total annual dividend 525p).
