Karman Holdings raises full-year guidance after record quarter

Karman Holdings Inc. reported record Q2 revenue of $115.1 million (+35%), adjusted EBITDA of $35.3 million (+29%) at a 30.7% margin, adjusted EPS of $0.10 (+233%), and a funded backlog of $719 million (+36%). On the back of a strong first half, the company raised its outlook to $452–458 million in revenue and $138.5–141.5 million in adjusted EBITDA (both roughly +32%), supported by broad customer diversification and a focus on hypersonics, missile defense, and space.
