XOMA beats Q4 2025 forecasts by a wide margin and stock rises
XOMA reported Q4 2025 EPS of $0.26 versus an expectation of -$0.11 and revenue of $13.76 million (expectation $11.13 million). The result was driven by higher licensing revenue and milestone payments; annual revenue rose 82.8% and GAAP net income for 2025 was $31.7 million after a loss in 2024. The stock rose 5.19% in premarket trading to $28.40. XOMA Royalty completes acquisition of HilleVax and initiates NASDAQ delisting
XOMA Royalty completed the acquisition of HilleVax for $1.95 per share plus a non-transferable CVR, making HilleVax a wholly owned subsidiary. Approximately 77.48% of outstanding shares were tendered in the offer; as a result, subsidiary XRA 4 Corp. merged with HilleVax and HilleVax’s common stock is to be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Select Market. HilleVax’s management resigned, stock options and RSUs were largely converted into cash claims and CVRs, and XOMA Royalty plans to deregister the shares with the SEC. The CVR provides for potential additional payments from excess liquidity, lease agreement savings, and proceeds from norovirus vaccine programs. » More on de.investing.com
