ADARx seeks up to $1.74 billion valuation in US IPO with AbbVie private placement

ADARx Pharmaceuticals plans a US IPO targeting a valuation up to $1.74 billion and aims to raise as much as $371.9 million by offering 21.9 million shares at $15–$17 each. AbbVie agreed to invest up to $100 million in a concurrent private placement, representing roughly a 4.9% stake post-IPO. AbbVie’s Qulipta posts Phase 3 win for menstrual migraine, could gain label expansion

Qulipta met the primary endpoint in a Phase 3 trial by significantly reducing perimenstrual migraine days versus placebo, hit all secondary endpoints and showed no new safety signals, supporting a likely label expansion. AbbVie keeps quarterly dividend at $1.73 as long-term payout growth continues

AbbVie declared a $1.73 quarterly dividend payable Nov. 16 to holders of record on Oct. 15, maintaining the payout introduced earlier in 2026. The annualized $6.92 payment yields roughly 2.7% today, but the company’s long track record of dividend increases—over 330% since 2013 and a 5.5% raise most recently—remains the main attraction.
