Actinium shows strong preclinical efficacy of ATNM-400 in NSCLC models
Actinium presented preclinical data on ATNM-400, an Actinium-225âlinked radioconjugate for nonâsmall cell lung cancer, at the Society of Nuclear Medicine annual meeting. In KRASâmutant models, ATNM-400 as monotherapy outperformed the KRAS inhibitors sotorasib and adagrasib and enhanced their tumorâcell killing when combined. In EGFRâmutant models, ATNM-400 achieved 75% tumor growth inhibition versus 40% for osimertinib; the combination produced complete tumor regressions in all treated mice. The target antigen was detectable in approximately 98% of NSCLC tumors, and investor assessments see upside potential for the stock despite high cash burn. » More on de.investing.com

Actinium Pharmaceuticals rises after promising preclinical data on ATNM-400
Actinium Pharmaceuticals' stock rose about 3.7% after the presentation of new preclinical data on ATNM-400 at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium 2025. The Actinium-225âbased antibodyâradioconjugate showed strong antitumor activity in several breast cancer models, including hormone receptorâpositive, tripleânegative and treatmentâresistant tumors, with a favorable tolerability profile. The data demonstrated irreversible doubleâstrand DNA breaks caused by the alphaâemitter payload; Actinium plans to advance ATNM-400 as a monotherapy and in combinations and sees potential also in prostate and nonâsmallâcell lung cancer. » More on de.investing.com
