The firm typically invests in the following sectors: wellness and healthcare; business services and logistics; education and training; and emerging technologies. It seeks to invest in companies that have capital requirement between CAD 0.25 million ($0.26 million) and CAD 2 million ($2.04 million) and have Asset to Revenue ratio of less than 40%. The firm seeks to invest a minimum of $0.25 million in it's portfolio companies. It seeks to invest in the form of convertible debentures and also prefers to take a board seat or observation rights in it's portfolio companies.
