Amphastar pins growth on BAQSIMI and its own development pipeline

Amphastar signs new employment contracts for executives Jacob Liawatidewi and Rong Zhou

Amphastar has entered into new one‑year contracts with automatic renewal for Jacob Liawatidewi and Rong Zhou. Liawatidewi will receive a base salary of $525,800 and a performance‑based cash bonus (target 55%); Zhou will receive $590,000 and a bonus (target 53%).
