JPMorgan downgrades Angi to underweight — stock falls about 3% premarket
JPMorgan has rated Angi as "underweight," its first sell recommendation for the stock, which significantly lowers the consensus. The shares fell about 3% in premarket trading. Angi’s Q2 results showed revenue down 11% to $248 million and a GAAP loss of $5.70 per share, partly due to a goodwill/intangible-asset impairment of roughly $235 million; the number of active service providers also declined amid rising churn. The result and the new analyst view weigh on the stock, which is trading near its 52-week low. » More on de.investing.com

Angi Q1 2026: revenue dip in March drags stock down sharply
Angi reported adjusted EBITDA of US$23 million for Q1 2026, beating expectations, while revenue—after strong January/February—softened in March due to macroeconomic headwinds. The stock fell about 19.44% in premarket trading to US$5.95 and is approaching its 52‑week low. The company repurchased US$100 million of outstanding liabilities at a discount, plans an annual cash‑flow buffer of US$50 million, and reiterated a revenue forecast of about US$1.04 billion and EPS of US$0.57–0.59 for 2026/2027. » More on de.investing.com
