Asiamet has completed the sale of its 100% subsidiary Indokal to Norin Mining (Hong Kong) and realised an adjusted cash purchase price of $104.9m. The board resolved to pay a special cash dividend of $93.0m (approximately $0.0268 per common share), to be paid in British pounds on 29 September to shareholders on the register on 15 September; the ex-dividend date is 14 September. The payment will be converted to GBP before distribution and is subject to a contractually agreed completion adjustment mechanism. After the sale, the Beutong project in Aceh, Indonesia, remains Asiamet’s principal asset; the board is reviewing options for its further development. » More on de.investing.com

Asiamet Resources released audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and reported progress on phase 1 of the BKM copper project. An optimized feasibility study forecasts about 10,000 tonnes of copper cathode per year over 13 years, life‑of‑mine revenues of USD 1.192 billion and EBITDA of USD 612.2 million with initial capital costs of USD 178.4 million. The study shows an after‑tax NPV of USD 122.4 million, an after‑tax IRR of 17.7% and a payback period of 4.5 years; the phase‑1 reserves total 28.3 million tonnes at 0.7% Cu (207,000 t contained copper). Asiamet completed capital raisings in 2025, plans to sell its KSK stake to Norin Mining for USD 105 million and is working on the closing phase of the Indokal transaction; the company holds 100% of the BKM project. » More on de.investing.com

Eva Armila Djauhari, a supervisory board member of Asiamet Resources, purchased 7,911,115 ordinary shares at 1.5 pence each on 14 November 2025 outside a trading venue.
