AstraZeneca: Etcamah misses primary endpoint in phase‑III breast cancer trial

AstraZeneca reports that breast cancer drug Etcamah failed to meet the primary endpoint of improving progression‑free survival in a late‑stage trial. The combination with palbociclib showed only a numerical, not statistically significant, improvement in previously untreated patients with advanced breast cancer. AstraZeneca reports study success: Tozorakimab reduces COPD exacerbations by around 30%

AstraZeneca says Tozorakimab, in late-stage trials across a broad patient population, reduced moderate and severe COPD exacerbations by about 30% compared with standard therapy.
