BFF Bank considers capital increase with Cerberus stake and sale of business units
BFF Bank is considering a capital increase of around €300 million, in which Cerberus could subscribe to a minority stake below 30%. At the same time, the bank is reviewing the sale of its payments and custodial bank business after a preliminary offer from BPER and expressions of interest in the factoring business from AMCO and the Sella Group.
