BILL announces AI offensive, restructuring and profitability target for 2027
At the Goldman Sachs conference, BILL CEO Rene Lacerte outlined a strategy featuring AI-driven automation agents and a shift from self-service to a “get-it-done” experience. To boost efficiency, the workforce was reduced by about 40%; sales and products for accounts payable and Spend & Expense are being combined under a unified go-to-market strategy. BILL is also considering a switch to platform- and usage-based pricing models and is relying on Embed 2.0 partnerships to scale with larger customers. » More on de.investing.com
