BioMarin advances Amicus integration as VOXZOGO nears $1 billion in sales
BioMarin expects about $200 million in annual non-GAAP cost savings from the Amicus deal, with most synergies realized in 2027 and full realization in 2028, and projects leverage falling below 2.5x by mid-2027. VOXZOGO delivered 20% quarterly patient growth and BioMarin now expects roughly $1 billion in revenue for the drug this year, with potential upside from a pending hypochondroplasia approval. Management says improved cash flow will restore deal-making capacity to about $5 billion (potentially $6 billion by 2028) while advancing pipeline programs including ALE1 and BMN 333. » More on finance.yahoo.com

BioMarin presents growth, acquisition and pipeline strategy at Morgan Stanley conference
After the Amicus acquisition, BioMarin outlined an expansion strategy with VOXZOGO positioned as the main growth driver and BMN 333 and ALE1 to complement the pipeline. Management expects non-GAAP cost synergies of around $200 million, anticipates most synergies in 2027 and full realization in 2028. The goal is faster deleveraging by mid-2027 with restored acquisition capacity of $4–5 billion; integration of Amicus and workforce reductions are near-term operational risks. BioMarin emphasizes a stronger balance sheet, international reach and diagnostic-driven growth opportunities for products such as GALAFOLD and POMBILITI. » More on de.investing.com
