CCC has hired an investment bank to explore a possible sale and has already contacted potential buyers, including private equity firms. Stifel expects interest from both private equity and strategic buyers (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity, Sapiens) and notes that AI supports CCCâs growth. About 10% of revenue comes from AI products; organic revenue growth recently accelerated to roughly 10%.
