The offer covers up to 2,987,012 CLIQ shares at EUR 3.85 each; the extension was made due to practical difficulties some shareholders experienced submitting through their custodian banks. Cliq Digital updates partial repurchase offer: deadline, submission assistance and delisting prospect
The acceptance period for Cliq Digital’s public partial repurchase offer at EUR 3.85 per share ends on 15 June 2026 at 24:00 (CEST). Several shareholders reported difficulties submitting acceptances via their custodial banks; affected investors can contact investors@cliqdigital.com, and the company will provide assistance where possible. If Dylan Media holds at least 60% of the share capital after the repurchase offer, the management and supervisory boards would consider delisting Cliq shares from the regulated market, which would significantly impair tradability, liquidity and capital markets transparency obligations. » More on finanzen.net
