Omnicom raises 2026 organic revenue growth after integration successes
At the Goldman Sachs conference, Omnicom said the integration of Interpublic progressed faster than expected in the media area, delivering scale effects, improved data capabilities and double-digit growth in the integrated media business. The company raised its forecast for 2026 organic revenue growth to 4.5–5.0%, plans cost cuts and aims to reduce staff from about 120,000 to roughly 105,000 by the end of 2026. Omnicom intends to complete $5 billion in share buybacks by April 2027, but still sees ongoing work in the advertising business and the loss of the Pepsi media account as short-term headwinds. Management does not expect a marked slowdown in 2027 and is focusing on AI investments, performance-based pricing models and targeted acquisitions after completing divestitures. » More on de.investing.com
