Ströer benefits from takeover rumors and improving industry momentum
Financial investors reportedly in talks to acquire Ströer or its core outdoor advertising business for around €2.5 billion, or roughly €45 per share, which would represent a premium of just over 20% compared with the current price of about €37. At the same time the operating environment is recovering: the German outdoor advertising market grew by 5.9% in the first half of 2026, and programmatic DOOH campaigns in the DACH region recorded more than 130% more campaigns and impressions from January to July, with Ströer among the largest recipients of the advertising spend. The stock looks attractive as a value case, trading after the weak period at a 2026 P/E of around 12 and able to benefit from both a takeover and stronger operational growth. » More on finanzen.net
