Cobram Estate reports profit decline in 2026 after acquisition of California Olive Ranch - shares plunge

For the year ended 30 June 2026, Cobram Estate reported normalized EBITDA of AUD 61.4m and a normalized profit before tax of AUD 13m (previous year: AUD 76.1m). Causes were a weak harvest year in Australia, acquisition costs and one‑off charges, while US revenue rose sharply after the takeover. The shares fell 14.7% to $2.82, near the 52‑week low.
