Cohen & Steers: assets under management fall to $101.0 billion in August
As of 31 August 2026, Cohen & Steers reported assets under management of $101.0 billion, a decrease of $1.5 billion compared with the end of July. The decline was driven by market-related impairments of $1.9 billion and distributions of $155 million, partly offset by net inflows of $528 million. Located at the US‑290/State Highway 71 intersection, it benefits from a completed 10‑year highway project and is set to be redeveloped for the affluent local population.
