Conduit Holdings confirmed that Neil Eckert will step down as CEO and executive director on 1 March 2027 and that Christian Dunleavy will succeed him with effect from the same date. Dunleavy will also join the board as an executive director and brings more than 25 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, most recently as Group President and CEO at Aspen Bermuda and previously in leadership roles at AXIS Capital and RenaissanceRe. Conduit Holdings has appointed Mark Pickering as chief financial officer and executive director, effective 30 November 2026. Pickering joins from Aspen Insurance, where he served as group CFO and treasurer and helped oversee the NYSE IPO and the takeover by Sompo. He will replace Elaine Whelan, who will retire on 30 September 2026.
