Corporate Travel Management share plunges about 80% after trading resumes

The share of Corporate Travel Management fell by up to 82.6% when trading resumed on the ASX after a year‑long halt. The pause followed delayed financial reports and a billing scandal in which forensic investigators found customers had been overcharged by more than A$250m, including about £80m in contracts with the UK government. The former CEO of the UK business, Michael Healy, was dismissed. CTM expects EBITDA recovery in 2026 after processing remediation cases

CTM reports stable revenue of around AUD 640m for fiscal year 2025 and an increased total transaction value of AUD 9.6bn, but was weighed down by remediation costs that reduced adjusted EBITDA to AUD 83.6m.
