Edison Lithium: TSX Venture confirms technical report for Joutel North‑West and Gagné

The TSX Venture Exchange has confirmed the completeness of the technical report for the Joutel North‑West and Gagné properties in Quebec (effective date July 8, 2026). The NI 43‑101‑compliant report was prepared by Steven Lauzier and, after revision by Edison, filed with the exchange. On February 27, 2026 Edison entered an option agreement with Globex Mining that allows Edison to acquire 100% of both properties, subject to a 3% gross metal royalty in favor of Globex; Edison holds a right of first refusal on that royalty. The transaction remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture and other closing conditions; Edison is working with the exchange to resolve the remaining items. » More on de.investing.com
