Elmos secures wafer capacities through 2037 and expands production to 130nm with SK keyfoundry
Elmos has agreed an extended collaboration with SK keyfoundry, contractually securing wafer capacities through 2037. The partnership expands production from 350nm to the 130nm platform, which among other things enables deep-trench isolation for highly integrated high-voltage structures. The first concrete component is the 4-channel eFuse controller E550.01, which is relevant for zonal vehicle architectures.
