She will lead the global marketing strategy as well as brand and go-to-market initiatives and will work with sales and product teams to expand relationships with major clients. Walden brings more than 30 years of experience in marketing, commerce and digital transformation and previously served as a consultant and as a member of Fluent’s advisory board. Fluent reported revenue of USD 48.4 million in Q2 2026 (+8% YoY), beating the expectation of USD 46.13 million. The Commerce Media Solutions segment grew 90% to USD 30.5 million and drove a gross margin of 28.9%; the adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to USD 1.8 million, and the adjusted net loss was USD 4.2 million (13 cents per share). FLUENT has signed a binding agreement to sell Etain, LLC, its operating company in New York, to a third party. The transaction includes the license as a Registered Organization, certain operating assets and lease agreements for cash consideration, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
