Forvia Hella: CFO Philippe Vienney will not remain beyond the end of his contract in 2027
Philippe Vienney, CFO of Forvia Hella since March 2024, does not want to extend his contract beyond 28 February 2027 for private reasons. The succession in executive management is still open; the company said it will inform promptly. The 60-year-old Philippe Vienney will not extend his contract, which runs until February 2027, for personal reasons and will therefore step down as Forvia Hellaâs chief financial officer. Forvia starts buyback of up to one million shares to hedge incentives
Forvia will repurchase up to one million of its own shares on the stock exchange between September 3 and 18. The purpose of the program is to hedge long-term employee and management incentives.
