Forvia Hella: CFO Philippe Vienney will not remain beyond the end of his contract in 2027

Philippe Vienney, CFO of Forvia Hella since March 2024, does not want to extend his contract beyond 28 February 2027 for private reasons. Forvia Hella loses CFO Philippe Vienney – successor not yet decided

Forvia starts buyback of up to one million shares to hedge incentives
