General Mills: Turnaround visible, focus shifts from prices to growth

At the Barclays Global Consumer Conference, General Mills says the base-price realignment is largely complete and initial turnaround results are visible. North American retail volumes moved from −10% to +2%, and several brands such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms are back to revenue growth. General Mills removes artificial colors from all U.S. cereals

General Mills says it has eliminated artificial colors from its entire U.S. cereal lineup, including Lucky Charms and Trix. The company switched to fruit- and vegetable-based dyes and colors derived from spices as part of the reformulation. General Mills recalls 736,000 Pillsbury rolls over possible glass contamination

General Mills issued a recall of 736,000 frozen Pillsbury rolls after the FDA warned the products may contain glass. The recall covers 3,080 cases of Hard Roll Dough (554,400 rolls, use-by 12 Oct 2026) and 1,260 cases of Kaiser Roll Dough (181,440 rolls, use-by 13 Oct 2026) distributed to multiple US states.
