  • Grab negotiating majority stake in BNPL provider Atome

Grab is reportedly in advanced talks to acquire a majority stake in Atome Financial; the Advance Intelligence Group subsidiary is said to be valued at more than $2 billion, but no deal has been reached. Atome, a buy-now-pay-later provider, last grew revenue by 80% to $470 million and was profitable before taxes for the second consecutive time; investors in the parent include SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Warburg Pincus. » More on de.investing.com
