At the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference, ZipRecruiter said product improvements and AI tools have turned growth from a 5% revenue decline into positive single-digit growth. ZipRecruiter: AI-powered product improvements drive growth and customer retention
ZipRecruiter reported 5% year-over-year revenue growth in the second quarter and attributes the recovery to AI-driven product improvements. A retrained search engine increased placements of high-quality candidates by 34% and doubled employer response rates. Management reports broad AI usage among customers, integrates ChatGPT and Claude, and is introducing "Smart Outreach," while the strategy shifts toward larger enterprise customers (currently 76% SMBs, target 50:50). ZipRecruiter also repurchased $295 million of bonds and expects this to save more than $50 million in interest over 3.5 years. » More on de.investing.com
