Harrow Health reported Q2 2026 revenue of $70.7m (+11% yoy) and an adjusted loss of $0.46 per share versus an expected loss of $0.11. At the annual meeting of the American Society of Retina Specialists, Harrow presented data on IHEEZO (chloroprocaine gel) and the biosimilar BYOOVIZ. Investigators reported that IHEEZO was associated with tended-to-be less pain and fewer ocular symptoms after intravitreal injections; a retrospective analysis showed no increased risk of endophthalmitis. Harrow is continuing to recruit for the randomized QUELL study (≈236 patients), with initial results expected in Q4 2026.
