Hemlo Mining shareholders approve all proposals; move to Ontario and TSX listing approved
Shareholders of Hemlo Mining voted in favour of all items on the agenda, including the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor, the election of six directors and the relocation of the company’s registered office from British Columbia to Ontario. 79.13% of issued common shares were represented, and a special resolution to change the registered office was passed with 99.99% approval. Also approved were share options, a shareholder rights plan and an amended stock incentive plan, as well as final approval for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange with the change expected to take effect on June 15, 2026.
