Hexcel expects sustainable recovery and targets 18% operating margin

At the Jefferies Global Industrials Conference, Hexcel said production in commercial aerospace has reached a sustainable level and the business is entering a stable growth phase. Management sees $700m of additional revenue potential over the next three to four years ($500m commercial, $200m defense/space), is targeting an 18% operating margin as production rises, and expects roughly $1bn of free cash flow from 2026–2029.
