HUGO BOSS: CEO Grieder does not see Frasers stake as a risk to strategy
HUGO BOSS chief Daniel Grieder says the Frasers Group’s stake does not impair the company’s strategy and that they are fundamentally in agreement. Frasers recently acquired around 48 percent and is still aiming to increase its holding above 50 percent; the major shareholder has so far invested about €1.5 billion and placed Michael Murray on the supervisory board. Hugo Boss CFO Yves Müller resigns after Frasers increases stake
Yves Müller has stepped down from his board mandate at Hugo Boss for personal reasons, the company says, following the Frasers group's expansion of its shareholding. Müller had been with Hugo Boss for nearly nine years and, since 2022, was also responsible for IT, logistics, production, procurement and purchasing.
