  • HWA AG adjusts EBIT forecast and plans capital measures of up to 11 million euros

HWA AG still expects an increase in total performance for 2026 but adjusts its EBIT forecast: the target remains a slightly positive EBIT, although a moderate loss cannot currently be ruled out. Reasons include a drop in demand in the automotive sector, rising material costs and geopolitical uncertainties. The in‑house development HWA EVO has started with first deliveries, while supply bottlenecks for parts are postponing portions of revenue. The main shareholder has signaled support of up to €11 million; initially the authorized capital of up to €4.3 million is to be utilized and subsequently a further measure of up to €6.7 million implemented, with shareholders being granted subscription rights at a lower issue price. » More on finanzen.net
