Ignitis closes long-term LNG supply contract with EQT subsidiary for 2027–2036
Ignitis has signed a long-term purchase agreement for liquefied natural gas (LNG) with a subsidiary of EQT Corporation covering 2027–2036. The company will receive 10 LNG cargoes per year, totaling about one terawatt-hour, to secure household gas supply in Lithuania and diversify sourcing. Pricing is linked to the Henry Hub and TTF reference indices. The transaction still requires regulatory approvals under the national security review and approval by the supplier’s governing bodies; it does not affect adjusted EBITDA or 2026 investments. » More on de.investing.com

The group holds investment-grade ratings from S&P (BBB+) and Moody’s (Baa1) with a stable outlook and has three outstanding bonds of €300 million each (maturing 2027–2030). » More on de.investing.com
