Inventus Mining acquires Golden Rose gold mine from Conquest Resources

Inventus Mining has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Belfast-Teck Mag property package, including the Golden Rose gold mine, from Conquest Resources. Consideration is 8,000,000 common shares (US$0.295/share) plus a 2.0% net smelter return (NSR) royalty; the shares will be released over two years in three tranches, and Inventus can buy back 0.5% of the royalty for C$1,000,000. The acquisition expands Inventus’ regional land position to 681 km²; Golden Rose is 14 km from the Pardo River of Gold project and had historical production of about 52,000 ounces of gold. Historical estimates cite roughly 2.25–2.48 million tonnes at about 8.30 g/t (approximately 600,900 ounces); these figures have not been verified to current standards.
